Planorbella trivolvis (Say, 1817)

Width, 20mm. Meramec River at Meramec State Park, 4 mi. SE of Sullivan, Franklin Co., just above Hwy 185 bridge. In quiet water in a few inches of water on snady mud, and also on submerged grasses in sheltered places in about a foot of wtaer. Frieda Schilling
